IT Help Desk

Requirements:

The IT Help Desk is responsible to managing all inbound calls from clients. This position requires to have a fundamental understanding of computers and modern day technology. In this role you will be responsible for troubleshooting customer issues involving hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, network devices and much more. A basic understanding of operating systems is also required.

  • 2 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Minimum of 1 Year Technical Experience
